How Do I Apply?

  1. Download and print the 2024-25 PA State Work-Study Academic Year Student Application. (PDF)

  2. Fill out the Student Data section in its entirety.

  3. Ask your employer to complete the Employer Data section in its entirety. Once completed, employers:
    • With access to PHEAA's Remote Services should sign in and enter the application online
    • Without access to the remote system should return the completed form to PHEAA. Forms may be returned via mail to:
