Reporting Information

• PA State Work-Study Time Report (PDF) — Complete and submit this report to be reimbursed for your employees whom PHEAA has approved to participate in the SWSP.

• Matching Funds Online Systems Guide (PDF) — This guide provides instructions for entering student hours and applications using the online system.

• Matching Funds Command Card (PDF) — This informational sheet provides a listing of the transactions available to SWSP Employers in the PHEAA system.
