General Account Resources

Once an organization activates a new user, the PA State Grant System will automatically issue a welcome email from NoReply@grantus.pheaa.org. New organizational users can watch this video to learn how to set up their account including their initial password and multifactor authentication.

NOTE: Staff members who activated their account at a different institution will need to establish a new account with the new organizational email and will receive a new activation email.

Changing your password in the PA State Grant System is quite simple. This video provides guidance on how to change your password.

Organization User Managers will be responsible for adding, activating, and deactivating the users in their organization within the PA State Grant System. This video will help you manage users within the PA State Grant System.

PA State Grant Program Management

In this video, you will learn how to update a student's primary school in the PA State Grant System to reflect enrollment at your institution. You can also review our Submitting Primary School Change Requests user guide for step-by-step instructions.

In this video, you will learn how to update multiple PA State Grant records at once by completing and uploading the Update SG Record Template.

Changes in student enrollment may require schools to report a cost override. We provided a template to submit cost overrides for the 2024-2025 academic year as we continue to finalize this functionality within the PA State Grant System. PA Ready to Succeed Scholarship (RTSS) Program Management

RTSS now has functionality within the PA State Grant System. This video introduces RTSS administration within the new system.
